After having a bad experience with other inspectors in the Tyler area, I needed a good inspector that is willing to take the time to find ALL the issues with the house. I did some research and called Brian Cameron. Brian was very thorough and knowledgeable; not only did he examine every part of the house, he took the time to walk through the report with me and made me aware of each and every issue. Brian was able to answer every question I had for him and was happy to explain issues that I wasnt familiar with. I had his thorough report the very next day explaining in detail everything we had discussed. I highly recommend Brian and will certainly be using him again!

Not that I have exactly had many homes inspected in my day, I just can't imagine a more thorough, professional, and most importantly knowledgeable person doing an inspection. Brian was more than willing to answer any questions I had and made it quite obvious that he loves doing what he's doing. After the inspection was over he went over some of the issues of the home with me and gave me ballpark estimates on how much they would be to fix.
