Professionalism and service has been long forgotten by so many but, not so here. They called when scheduled, followed up the day before and on time as promised, this is a lot art by so many others but not by Camelot. As a builder I "thought" I knew what I was looking at until Brian showed up. Remember this.... you paid him to find "everything" and he sure will find every one of them no matter how small! As a buyer you pay someone to do this, yet don't expect all of the things he will find and show you. But, don't fret Brian will tell you what is "most important" and what is not. Report is phenomenal and easy to read. Brian's ability to explain what is a BIG issue viruses a minor issue and go into detail is second to none. You pay for the details and you will get them here. Don't be afraid to have Brian sit down and explain what is a MOJOR concern and whats not, otherwise his report may scare the hell out of the lay person! Remember this... you paid him to find EVERYTHING and he damn sure will!
