I am a first time home buyer and was a little anxious about the home inspection but Mr. Cameron immediately put me at ease when I met him. He was very informative, helpful and explained things in detail to where I could understand the issue. He helped me prioritize the issues that needed to be fixed first and let me know what type of tradesman that I would need for the job(plumber, carpenter, etc). I am definitely going to refer Camelot to all my friends who are going to buy OR sell their home. I will definitely use him in the future. We've had MANY inspections in Texas over the years, and plenty of others in various states outside. After reading a number of reviews and business ratings, I called Brian to inspect a lakehouse we're considering east of Dallas. In the setup for the inspection, he was incredibly thorough, asked a lot of questions, and helped bring in qualified subs for termite and septic evaluations. He arrived early and didn't rush, taking time to explain things to my wife and I along the way and wasn't afraid to engage the seller for answers. The finished report was a 32-page masterpiece and he took time to do a follow up call to walk through it, answer additional questions, etc. We'll never work with another inspector again. And I hope if we ever sell our home, the buyers don't hire Brian! Highly recommended.
