Brian really does treat the inspection as if he were looking over his own home. We were looking to buy an older home on a lake and even though the house was in good condition, his detailed input was key to finding all the medium to little "gotchas" that could and would later turn into much, much bigger problems. Brian was also quick to respond to a couple of follow-up questions we had after the inspection. Brian has gone above and beyond on our home inspection. We had a few unfortunate AC issues after moving and felt helpless after some bad contractors came out to asses a leak. Not knowing what else to do, I called Brian for advice. He was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and even walked me through the process.
