Lottie worked with me to get someone out to do the inspection the next day because we had a time crunch. She was kind and went above and beyond to reassure me and make sure everything was organized. Then, when Brian showed up the next day he was amazing! He treated me like family, was very honest and frank. He went above what was expected of him and did so while sweating profusely, because the a/c in the property was not on!
