Brian has gone above and beyond on our home inspection. We had a few unfortunate AC issues after moving and felt helpless after some bad contractors came out to asses a leak. Not knowing what else to do, I called Brian for advice. He was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and even walked me through the process. He was happy to help--even late in the evening and remained accessible even after the initial inspection. With Brian's help, the issue has been resolved and we are back to loving our house!
