EXCELLENT!!! 2ND TIME TO USE CAMELOTT HOME INSPECTION, SPECIFICALLY LUKE TERRY. WE REQUESTED HIM BECAUSE HE HAD A HOME INSPECTION PREVIOUSLY FOR US AND WAS VERY THROROUGH, PROFESSIONAL, AND INFORMATIVE. AGAIN HE DEMONSTRATED HIS KNOWLEDGE OF HIS TRADE. HE TOOK EXTRA TIME TO ASSURE THAT WE WERE INFORMED OF HIS FINDINGS AND TOOK THE TIME TO SHOW US THE PROBLEM AREAS HE IDENTIFIED. HE TOLD US WHEN WE WOULD HAVE OUR WRITTEN REPORT (THE SAME DAY) AND WE DID. WITHOUT RESERVATION WE RECOMMEND LUKE AND CAMELOT HOME INSPECTIONS.

Luke arrived on time, met with us explaining what he would be doing during the inspection, how long the job should take, and promptly began. He worked tirelessly in temperature of 100 degrees going on the roof and under the house and everywhere in between. When he was finished he met with us again showing pictures and describing what he found. He allowed time for questions and informed us when we could expect the written report. The report was received when he said it would be. Thank you Luke for your professionalism, courtesy, thoroughness, and honesty. We will use Camelot Home Inspections again.

My wife and I purchased a home in Tyler, Texas. The home was a few years old and appeared to be in excellent condition. We hired Brian of Camelot Home Inspection to perform our pre-purchase home inspection. During the inspection, Brian found that the roof had significant hail damage that was not visible from ground level and that eight of the custom size windows had lost their seal. We negotiated our purchase to include the owner replacing the roof and windows. The total cost of replacement was in the neighborhood of ~$25,000. Brian’s charge of $675 for the home inspection was money well spent. His professionalism, attention to detail and prompt response did not go unnoticed.
