I am a first time home buyer and was a little anxious about the home inspection but Mr. Cameron immediately put me at ease when I met him. He was very informative, helpful and explained things in detail to where I could understand the issue. He helped me prioritize the issues that needed to be fixed first and let me know what type of tradesman that I would need for the job(plumber, carpenter, etc). I am definitely going to refer Camelot to all my friends who are going to buy OR sell their home. I will definitely use him in the future. I love the way his report reads, with all the pictures and recommendations typed in red. Very professional!
