Brian is very profesional and informative with the buyer.
Suggest buyer meets with Brian towards the end of his inpection. Buyer & Brian can discuss in detail his findings and his recommedations to solve any defects.
Brian will also coordinate septic inspection and termite inspection (*****).
The benfit of using Brian is the buyer gets an independent inspection without any influence from the reality agent - which I have personally experianced in past home puchases!
Brian sent me his report (via email attachment) within 4hrs of his inspection (*****). Brain will also copy/send the report to the buyers reality agent.
The writen report is detailed and supported by pictures (*****) of each defect found.
