Air ride suspension is a suspension system that supports the load on air-filled reinforced rubber bags.

When compressed air is supplied by the engine-driven air compressor (the same one that provides air to the air brake system), the bags are inflated and they raise the chassis from the axle.

Air ride suspension systems provide several advantages over leaf springs, including better handling, easier and more accurate tunablity, and improved load carrying capabilities.

Air ride suspension systems will be standard on all 2015 Circle R trailers.

Flex is already built into the Circle R Trailer’s dump body so that the chassis does not have to when they are dumping. Also, the Circle R Side Dump trailers have a lower center of gravity than most side dump trailers on the market.

These features allow the trailer to be dumped without requiring the airbags be empty. This equates to time saved during the dump cycle.
