The BLU-JET SubTiller 4 lifts and fractures hardpan and wheel compaction caused by heavy equipment. The deep penetrating Shanks fracture hardpan up to 18” deep and up to 20” on each side of the shank with minimal surface disturbance.

When crop residue is only slightly disturbed, erosion is controlled. This year-round conservation tillage tool maximizes moisture absorption and reduces runoff to keep the water available during the growing season. Engineered for maximum performance, the SubTiller’s InLine shank design increases lifting and fracturing of compacted soil.

BLU-JET SubTiller attachments are available to further increase the efficiency of the machine. SubTiller attachments available include StalkSizer, Conservation Roller, StripTill options, and 24 inch Rolling Harrow Baskets.

The StalkSizer slices stalks and improves tough residue flow.

The Conservation Roller attachment provides optimum leveling, moisture absorption, and erosion control. It sets the surface residue, anchoring it into the soil behind the SubTiller. Ratchet jacks provide easy depth control and ground pressure.

The StripTill option adapts SubTillers to one pass seedbed preparation and fertilizer placement.

The rolling harrow baskets provide crumbling and leveling action, to leave a superior finish behind the SubTiller operation.  They mount individually to each row; and have rubber torsion mounted, positive down pressure.
