Ken did an excellent job in inspection of the multiple-use property we are buying. He was very thorough and careful in the inspection, and kindly explained all possible problems to me. The report is comprehensive and detailed with explanations, photos, and concluded with a good summary. It is easy to understand and very useful as guidelines for repairs.
