Hired Camelot Home Inspection on two separate occasions and worked with Darrell. Darrell is very professional, knowledgeable and thorough in his reports. In his first report findings on our first new home, his findings helped save us from a very big house headache as the developer had wanted to sell us a "lemon" and make us pay for his very serious workmanship mistakes. Darrell's findings were instrumental from preventing this from happening. We were able to get our money back from the developer who was very unprofessional in our negotiations with him. Later we found a second new home. We again chose Camelot and Darrell to do our home inspection. He again performed with flying colors and we are now working on closing on our new home. We would definitely use Camelot again for any future home inspection.
