This is my second transaction with Camelot Home Inspections. Brian is an outstanding and respectful human being and so is his service. It is not everyday that you work with a company that confirms everything as discussed, arrives on time and then does a job over and above what is expected. Pricing very reasonable and negotiates when there is more than one unit involved in the inspection. I receive inspection reports the same day!
