Over five decades, we have bought and sold a number of homes in different states, but we have never had such a thorough inspection as the one Brian gave. His experience and keen eye for detail uncovered deficiencies that were not obvious.
Because we had to fly back to Virginia and only had a weekend in Texas, Brian came on a Saturday night and finished up on a Sunday afternoon.
He is a gracious, likeable person, and is very professional. Another bonus, he brought along his polite son who is learning the inspection business and who took a great picture of our new home. Their mutual affection and respect were a joy to behold!
